NCC

N.C.C. : The National Cadet Corps, one of the oldest units, established in 1949 provides opportunities for N.C.C. Training. N.C.C. gives girl students basic knowledge about the defence of the country. Camps and courses in N.C.C. facilitates an all-round development for keen and sincere participants. For further information contact : H.O.D. Physical Education/Capt. Anuradha Nathile, ANO (Associate NC.C. Officer).

Note: RTM Nagpur University gives 10 credit marks as an incentive to the students participating in National Service Scheme (N.S.S.), Audit & Continuing Education and Extension Scheme (ACEES), National Cadet Corps (N.C.C.) sports and cultural activities from the session 1996-97 as per ordinance No 2 of 1996. NCC Report 2017-18

The NCC –‘C’ Certificate Examination was successfully conducted on 3 and 4 April 2021 for 375 Cadets.

  • SUO JayshreeRathod1st year won the Gold Medal in Rangoli Competition National Integration NCC Camp 3rd December to 14th December 2019 held at Saoner.
  • Cadet TejalDudhbadeB.Com. 3rd year & Cadet Roshni Thakur Bcom. 3rd year were selected for Basic Leadership NCC Camp held at Saoner on 2nd Jan. to 11th Jan. 2020.
  • Cadet HarshaGhagare B.A. 3rd year won the Silver Medal in Essay writing competition in Basic Leadership NCC Camp held at Saoner on 2nd Jan. to 11th Jan. 2020
  • NCC ‘B’ Cert. Exam. was conducted on 1stand  2nd Feb. 2020  at Veterinary College Nagpur.  32 Cadet has appeared for this Exam.
  • NCC ‘C’ cert Exam. was conducted on 7thand 8th March held at Yuva Shakti Bhavan NCC head quarter Nagpur 29 Cadet has appeared for this Exam.
  • Capt. AnuradhaNathile was the Board Member for NCC ‘B’ Cert Exam.
  • JUO Archana Dwivedi B.A. Semester V student received Chief Minister’ Scholarship worth 2500 on 20 July 2020,
  • 4 NCC Cadets, Cadet Anushka Nag, Cadet MinalChourasia , Cadet Bhavana Joshi(B.A. students ) and Cadet KalyaniBarve (B.Com. student) represented Blog Video presentation which was organized by Prime Minister Narendra Modi under Atmanirbhar Bharat Campaign.
  • 56 NCC Cadets were part of Fit India Movement Cadet where they  successfully participated in different activities such as Yoga, Pranayam,Exercise,Cycling,Aerobics,Running,Skipping and Danceorganised on 15thAugust 2020,
  • 10 NCC Cadets were selected in RDC Parade, conducted by 3 Maha.Girls Battalion, Nagpur on 28 September 2020.
  • 10 NCC Cadets were selected in RDC Parade, conducted by 3 Maharashtra Girls Battalion, Nagpur on 28th September 2020
  • 15 NCC Cadets Prepared PPT on the topic ‘Constitution’ in celebration of Constitution Day which is on 26th November 2020 and these Videos were uploaded on the Site given by DG NCC Delhi.
  • 20 NCC Cadets Participated in SwachataPakwada at Futala Lake Nagpur on 11th December 2020.

  • The NCC cadets of our college represent the college at State and National Level competitions and camps. Cadets have brought laurels to the college by participating and winning in various competitions the activities undertake by NCC are given below:

  • 25 Cadet Participated CATC- 601 (Annual Training Camp) on 20th June to 29th June 2019 at SomnathMul Dist. Chandrapur.

  • LAD & Smt. R.P. College Cadets won the 1st Place in Squad Drill Competition at the Annual Training Camp held at SomnathMul Dist. Chandrapur from 20th June To 29th June 2019.
  • 74 NCC Cadets Participated in International Yoga Day Organized by Nagpur Municipal Corporation held at Yashwant Stadium on 21st June 2019.
  • 12 Cadetswere selected for TCS 1st NCC Camp (ThalSainik Camp) held  atSomanath (Mul) Dist. Chandrapur form 19th July to 28th July 2019.
  • Air Pollution Lecture was organized by Dr. SadhanaDeshmukh which was attend by 72 NCC Cadets.

2017 - 2018

  1. 100 NCC cadet were enrolled this year 2017-2018
  2. 500 Laxmi Jangid B.A.-II selected for Horse Riding Republic Day Parade held at Delhi 2018.
  3. 8 Cadet were selected fr “Thal Sanik Camp” IGCI held at Kolhapur on 7 August to 19 August 2017.
  4. 500 Ravina Sharma, B.A.-II Best Cadet Competition won the cash prize Rs. 3000/-

  • SUO Rajkumari Sahu won the Silver Medal in Firing Competition and Best Cadet of the Day and Best Cadet of the Camp
  • Cadet Falguni Rajankar won the Gold Medal in Drawing Competition  at the Annual Training Camp held at Somnath Mul Dist. Chandrapur on 23rdJuly 2018

  • Cadet Harsha Ghagre, 2MAH AIR SUN NCC Nagpur participated in Inter Group Aero Modeling Competition (IGC) Nagpur held at Godwana Public School Nagpur organized from 2nd – 12th  August 2018
  • 4 Cadets, Cadet Archana Dwivedi, Cadet Bhumika Manmode, Cadet Jayshree Rathod and Cadet Shivani Wandhare were Selected for IGC Thal Sanik Camp held at Ahmednagar held from 7th – 19th  August 2018
  • Cadet Archana Dwivedi won the Silver Medal in Tent pitching Competition at the AGC Thal Sanik Camp
  • Cadet Aaysha Sayyed, Cadet Divya Mishra, Cadet Roshni Thakur, Cadet Mayuri Kukade, Cadet Nikita Banwale, Cadet Pooja Dubey and Cadet Saloni Gajbhiye participated in the Annual Training Camp (ATC)  2 Sig Coy-615 held from 13th – 22nd September 2018
  • Cadet Amruta Yadav, Cadet Nisha Masram, Cadet Seeta Nagpure and Cadet Ribika Masrake participated in Pre RDC camp (Pre-Republic Day Camp) conducted by 4 MAH Bn from 30th September 2018 to 9th October  2018
  • 75 Cadets participated in Swachha Bharat Abhiyan organized on 2nd October 2018 in  the College premises
  • Cadet Amruta Yadav, Cadet Nisha Masram and Cadet Harsha Ghagre were  selected for Pre-RDC III Camp Conducted by 4 MAH Bn held at Saoner on 3rd October  to November 2018
  • Cadet Sudhansha Sethi , Cadet Suchita Mankar and  Cadet Aaysha Sayyed donated blood at the Blood Donation Camp that was held on 5th October 2018 in the College organized by Maharashtra Government (SBTC)
  • Cadet  Amruta Yadav and  Cadet Harsha Ghagre were selected for RDC IGC Camp held at Pune from 10th – 19th November 2018
  • Cadet Aarti Gupta,  Cadet Dhaeshwari Rajput,  Cadet Kanchan Pal , Cadet Neeraj Yadav and Cadet Rashmita Rautray were selected for Advance Leadership Camp (ALC) held at Jorhat (Assam) from 13th – 26th November 2018 and were placed 1st in NIAP (National Integration Awareness Presentation) and 2nd in Tug of War Competition and also 2nd  place in Group Dance Competition
  • 6 Cadets selected for M.H. Attachment Camp held at Kamptee from 14th – 25th  November 2018. They are Cadet Kalyani Shriram, Cadet Nupur Rahangdale, Cadet Pooja Gupta, Cadet Khushbu Patel , Cadet Divya Mishra and Cadet Kiran Patel
  • 4 Cadets , JUO Chandani Binokha , Cadet Sudhansha Sethi, Cadet Suchita Mankar and Cadet Bharati Sarwa were selected for Rock Climbing Training Camp (RCTC) held at Gwalior from 15th –  26th  November 2018
  • Cadet Nisha Masram and Cadet Amruta Yadav were selected for Pre-RDC II Camp (Republic Day Camp) conducted by 4 MAH Bn held at Saoner
  • Cadet Achal Mishra , Cadet Diksha Kotangale , Cadet Harsha Raut , Cadet Kajal Shelar , Cadet Khushbu Patel , Cadet Nupur  Rahangdale and SUO Rajkumari Sahu were selected for National Integration Camp (NIC) held at Kerala (Kalikat) between 21st December 2018 to 3rd January 2019 where Cadet Diksha Kotangale’s team won the 1st place in Tug of War Competition.
